Lubabalo Tybosch from South Africa is my guest today. He tells us how he got into the world of information technology (IT) in this episode. This was the first step toward him founding Uniqova, a software development company. Lubabalo discusses the company's vision as well as the ups and downs of building something from the ground up. Finally, we discuss his accomplishments as a multi-award-winning Toastmasters International speaker and leader, as well as his role as a 2030 Youth Ambassador for the National Development Plan.
